Optical absorption and stability of ZnIn2S4 single crystals

Results of investigation of ZnIn2S4 single crystals in natural conditions according to transmission spectra and coefficient of optical absorption are presented. Their high stability in the course of long-term (20 years) storage under normal atmospheric conditions is shown. That means that they practically do not interact with moisture and air
