Progress is reported in two areas: (1) a study of the properties of lymphoblastoid lines deficient in their ability to remove O6-methylguanine; and (2) a methodology for the determination of the site of termination of DNA synthesis on templates reacted with carcinogen in vitro and used for in vitro DNA synthesis with different polymerases
