Sampling procedures for reinspection of components
Description
The application of acceptance sampling techniques to verify the quality of installed components and structures in nuclear power plants is discussed, focusing on the issues of population, acceptance criteria, sampling plan types and implementation of sampling. Emphasis is placed on the logic of incorporating engineering evaluation into the sampling process and on using zero-defective acceptable plans. (orig.)
