Monitors for nuclear fuel materials and specific fissionable materials
Description
Purpose: To decrease the blurring due to the difference for the distance of an object and widen the view, as well as eliminate troubles or contaminations due to the radioactive effects by photographing nuclear fuel materials projected on a convexed mirror in a cable. Constitution: Nuclear fuel materials or specific fissionable materials loaded in a case are projected on a convexed mirror attached to a cable and then picked-up by a television camera through lead glass disposed to the wall surface of the cable and recorded in a recording device. This enables wide range observation and facilitates the camera maintenance. (Yoshino, Y.)
