This presentation of the potential for the natural gas considered the following issues: natural gas share of energy market, Queensland natural gas reserves and deliverability. The marketing potential for LPG and natural gas was also addressed. The forecast demand in South East Queensland is expected to more than double by the year 2010. It is estimated that a significant factor which will contribute to natural gas increasing its share of the primary energy market is the public concern for environment
