Description
The anomalous decrease of electrical conductance in In2O3-SrO ceramics with the temperature in the range of 560-670 K in the air is studied. This material exhibits a voltage-current dependence with the current limiting region. Based on the experimental data a mechanism of the observed effect is discussed. It can be related to a conversion of chemisorbed particles to some forms with a more negative charge and to oxygen diffusion into the bulk of grains
