Description
The awareness of the optimum mixing time of glass batches is important for the automatization of the complete mixing process as well as for saving energy. The extent of mixing of batch components in the function of mixing time, the optimum times for both wet and dry mixing and the highest permissible time of mixed batch storage were determined by radioactive tracers 24Na, 32P and 140La.
