Preparation of oriented thermoelectric material
Description
A novel design of an ampoule with a grooved tip for use in growing ingots by the Bridgman method is described. The new design improved the alignment of the cleavage planes of grown ingots of n and p-type Bi-Sb-Te-Se alloys. Superlattice ordering of the main phase of the p-type alloy was observed
