JPHF - Level 0. Work-Package 6 (Campaign-Basis)

Operating profiles will be developed for all reference fuels as elements of functional analysis activities of JPHF. Development of operating profiles will be an ongoing and iterative effort due to the progress of analysis in subsequent levels of design. Therefore this level 0 - operating profile represents level 00 - and level 0 - requirements and the technical background summarized in ''Technical Summary for Equipments Development''. Operating profiles are to be developed at this level based on calculation of system throughputs and system operating times in order to verify level 00 and level 0 throughput requirements. The examples following have been calculated for partially most optimistic conditions to establish a minimum campaign basis. Less optimistic calculation will establish a maximum basis. JPHF will be operated in campaigns which have to be specified for each reference fuel. Operating profiles will present the operating sequence of systems and will identify requirements for the interfaces between systems (surge capacity, transportation, e. g.).
