Description
The modification of the effective energy functional for the nuclear near the nucleon stability boundary is carried out with an account of the dependence of the functional parameters corresponding to the interaction in the surface area on the chemical potentials of the μn and μp neutrons and protons in the nucleus. It is shown by example of several long isotopic chains that the μ-dependence of the effective interaction leads to the shift of the neutron stability boundary to the side of the higher N-Z
