Description

To measure directly a penetration depth of magnetic field into Nb/Si and YBa2Cu3O7/SrTiO3 superconducting films the method of polarized neutron reflectometry is used. For the first time, in a wide range of transmitted pulses the spectral dependence of spin-asymmetry function was measured for a YBa2Cu3O7 film. The absence of any significant diffuse scattering testifies to the fact that the samples are of very high quality

Abstract (Russian)

Метод рефлектрометрии поляризованных нейтронов был применен для прямого измерения глубины проникновения магнитного поля в Nb/Si и YBa2Cu3O7/SrTiO3 сверхпроводящие пленки. Впервые для пленки YBa2Cu3O7 была измерена зависимость функции спин-асимметрии в широкой области переданных импульсов. Отсутствие сколько-нибудь значимого диффузного рассеяния свидетельствует об очень хорошем качестве изучаемых образцов
