Description

Supersymmetry (SUSY) is fascinating many physicists. The reasons lie in its theoretical beauty, its rich collider phenomenology, and its implications for cosmology. These are also the topics of this talk. I discuss in particular the motivations for low-scale SUSY, the phenomenology of the minimal supersymmetric standard model, and the role of SUSY for the questions of dark matter and the baryon asymmetry of the Universe.
