Electronic spectra of superheavy elements
Description
The discovery of superheavy elements raises the question of the existence of anomalous solutions for a Dirac electron in a Coulomb field. Various objections to these solutions are advanced but all are rejected except for one hypothesis of Pauli, the validity of which rests on the presence or absence of these states
