Description
During three running periods of 1988, 1989 and 1990 at the CERN p-barp Collider, the UA2 detector has collected data at √s = 630 GeV for a total integrated luminosity of 13 pb-1. Results are presented for the inclusive jet and direct photon cross sections and for multijet event studies based on the 1988 and 1989 data (7.5 pb-1), and for a measurement of the strong coupling constant αs from W+jet events using the full luminosity sample.
