This Regulation refers to the requirements of the Regulation CNEN-NN.3.01, 'Basic Guidelines for Radiation Protection', as expressed in the subsections 1.2.5, 5.3.6 and 5.3.7, related respectively to the criteria of exclusion, exempt and discharge of the radiological protection requirement application
