Complexes of technetium-99m with tetraglycine and tetra-L-alanine and their biodistribution in mice

Description

Complexes of tetraglycine and tetra-l-alanine have been synthesized and labelled with technetium-99 to study the chemical behavior of MAG3 with respect to renal function studies. Biodistribution studies of the two new complexes in mice have been conducted and compared to the biological activity of the more standard MAG3
