The purpose of this paper is to report the first calculations of the overlap Sternheimer radial shielding-antishielding factor γ(core)(r), to be used in evaluating the overlap contribution to the EFG in ionic crystals at the site of F-, Cl-, Br-, and I-, respectively. (orig./WL)
