Description
Method of electron Auger spectroscopy is used to study kinetics of O2 interaction with Fe3Ni [100] alloy surface after 5 keV argon ion bombardment with 1015-1017 doses for O2 expositions up to 5000 L. Kinetics of O2 expositions on Fe3Ni [100] alloy implanted samples at different temperatures is studies. It is stated that chemisorption rate and the quantity of O2 chemisorbed on alloy depend on ion bombardment dose and implanted sample temperature, therewith the dependence character is not similar in different range of O2 expositions. Ar+ ion bombardment of Fe3Ni [100] alloy, as a rule, as compared to nonirradiated sample causes increase of O2 chemisorption
