Production of AFP monoclonal antibodies and its application in immunoassay

Description
Four cell strains of AFP monoclonal antibodies are obtained. Their titers are 1:80000-1:150000 and the affinity constants are in the range of (1.0-14.0) x 10-9 L/mol. The cross-reaction with Alb and IgG are less than 1.0 x 10-4% and 1.0 x 10-3% respectively. AFP IRMA is established with A4A11 and A14C11. The range of standard curve is 5-800 μg/L and sensitivity of assay is 1.93 μg/L. The recovery is 82.0%-94.8%
