Description
High selectivy of macroheterocyclic compounds in complexing with metal cations, close by their chemical properties, is a good prerequisite for creating high-performance cation-selective electrodes on their basis. An attempt is made in the review to elucidate the problem as a whole with on emphasis on the analysis of applied works published mainly during last 10 years and devoted to the study of chemical and analytical properties of heterocyclic compounds of cesium cadmium, strontium, uranyl ions, etc
