Production of thin superconducting films to take into account laser-induced procedures

A review of the importest techniques for production of thin superconducting films is given taking into account laser-induced procedures. The effects appearing during the annealing processes for instance the interdiffusion, the formation of interface between the film and substrate and contamination effects are discussed. The possibilities of avoiding disturbing effects by the production of the superconducting films are investigated. (author)
