Description

Experimental data are reported and a functional relationship is suggested between the electric resistance of ceramics of pure Y2O3 and its relative density. The strength, thermal properties and the heat resistance of materials of various crystalline structures of Y2O3 are characterized. Particularities of above materials, as compared to ceramics of magnesium oxide, have been ascertained
