Propagation and reflection of lower hybrid waves launched by slow waveguiding circuits
- 1. Kyoto Univ. (Japan). Dept. of Physics
Description
Using finite length, modified slow waveguiding circuits, cold lower hybrid waves can be made to propagate in one or two ways along the axial direction, corresponding to the π/2- or π-modes characteristic for these periodic structures. On reflection at a metal wall, phase reversal is demonstrated. (Auth.)
