Description
The Purcell effect is theoretically and experimentally analyzed in periodic layered nanostructures: metal-dielectric structures and in structures with Bragg monolayer quantum wells. It has been established that the Bragg ordering of quantum wells can lead to a significant rearrangement of fluorescence spectra. The performed theoretical calculation of the Purcell mode factor explains the enhancement of spontaneous emission only for certain angles and radiation frequencies
Abstract (Russian)
Теоретически и экспериментально проанализирован эффект Парселла в периодических слоистых наноструктурах: металл-диэлектрических структурах и в структурах с брэгговскими монослойными квантовыми ямами. Установлено, что брэгговское упорядочение квантовых ям может приводить к значительной перестройке спектров флуоресценции. Проведенный теоретический расчет модового фактора Парселла объясняет усиление спонтанной эмиссии только для определенных углов и частот излученияAdditional details
