Description
The objective of this work is to develop a general approach using APR (Probabilistic Risk Assessment) techniques, adapted for the development of an online platform used in interventional radiology exams, SEVRRA (Sistema de Evaluación de Riesgo em Radioterapia). The APR techniques, HFMEA (Healthcare Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), risk matrix, process flow diagrams and decision trees will provide theoretical support to the development of this work
