Study of dynamic interactions in a two-phase stratified flow
Description
The author presents an experimental study of the stratified flow with two fluids in a horizontal duct of rectangular section. Two cases are considered: the water-air flow and the water-oil flow. After a bibliographic review on the fluid-fluid and fluid-wall interactions, he presents the method of determination of the interfacial and parietal shears. It highlights, by a statistical analysis of the deformation of the interface, the role of the waves in the interfacial transfer of quantity of movement
Abstract (French)
L'auteur presente une etude experimentale de l'ecoulement stratifie a deux fluides en canal horizontal de section rectangulaire. Deux cas sont envisages: l'ecoulement eau-air et l'ecoulement eau-huile. Apres un rappel bibliographique sur les interactions dynamiques entre fluides et entre fluide et paroi, il presente la methode de determination des cisaillements interfacial et parietal.
