Three-component superconductor magnetometer

Description
A three-component superconductor magnetometer is described. Particular attention in its design was given to reducing measurement errors due to the mutual effect of the channels, lack of identity of their transmission coefficients, and distortion of the magnetic field being measured by the superconducting shields. A superconducting connector is used in each channel. The immersed part of the three-component magnetometer is a single unit with an outside diameter of 20.5 mm. The sensitivity of the magnetometer to an external field is about 5.10-13 T. The precision of the mutually perpendicular faces of the cube with the pickup, loops within a few angular minutes. The mutual effect of the channels is ≤ 0.03%
