Description
Systematic measurements of the gas multiplication factor over the range 1.0-5*105 have been made for Ar/CF4, Ar/CO2/CF4 and CO2/CF4 mixtures as a function of the applied voltage between cathode and anode at atmospheric pressure for wide range component concentrations
