The method of the management of the BES offline data calibration constant files are presented. The principle and realization processing using PostgreSQL database and the API packages by C are described details also. The probability, disadvantages and the problems to manage the BESIII offline data calibration constant files by PostgresSQL database are discussed. (authors)
