The system NaHCOO-Y(HCOO)3-H2O at 50 deg C

Description
The solubility in the NaHCOO-Y(HCOO)3-H2O system is studied at 50 deg C using the isothermal method. The concentration range of crystallization of a new incongruently soluble compound NaY(HCOO)4xH2O with the melting temperature 213 deg is established. The new phase is studied using the methods of crystallooptic, X-ray phase and thermal analyses. A subsequent crystallization of Y(HCOO)3x2H2O, NaY(HCOO)4xH2O and NaHCOO is observed in the system
