Effect of selenium on electric properties of Sb2Te3
Description
Effect of selenium addition on electric properties and anisotropy of Sb2Te3 electric conductivity at high alloying levels (Nad = 2X1020 cm-3) was considered. It was shown that the value of electric conductivity decreased as addition concentration grew during alloying of antimony telluride monocrystal with selenium. This was probably related with compensation of antimony positive charge when introducing the addition and with the defectiveness of compound structure
