Description
The review is focussed on the theoretical description of the coherent and incoherent processes associated with the interaction between channeled electrons and crystal excitations. New theoretical results and predictions have been discussed. Special attention was given to the electromagnetic conversion of phonon excitations and to the effect of crystal defects on the electron channeling radiation
