Technical status and problems of radioactive waste management based on nuclear decommission
Description
The paper described the domestically technical status of radioactive waste management in nuclear decommission briefly, and among it those were introduced. For gas radioactive waste, treatment technologies, treatment apparatus and its application requirements for radioactive aerosol were stated briefly, and some unique treatments were stated to T, 14C, 129I, 131I, 85Kr and other radioactive gas waste which may be appeared in nuclear decommission. For liquid radioactive waste, some treatment technologies were stated, and the treatment technologies, solidify technologies, disposal technologies to the radioactive liquid waste, such as for HLW, MLW, LLW and radioactive liquid waste from reactor, radioactive liquid waste with αnuclides, radioactive liquid waste with washing agent, radioactive liquid waste with uranium and so on were also stated in details. For solid radioactive waste, the content of solid radioactive waste from nuclear decommission, and the treatment technologies, solidify technologies, disposal technologies for HLW, MLW, LLW and VLLW were introduced. At the same time, the treatment technologies, solidify technologies were stated for mental radioactive waste, combustible radioactive waste, non-combustible radioactive waste, compressible radioactive waste and so on. At last of the paper, some problems about radioactive waste management by the angle of nuclear decommission were raised. (authors)
