The pulsar magnetosphere as a giant radio aerial
Description
The pulsar radiation field is related directly to the magnetic field at the magnetosphere plasma-vacuum boundary by a simple geometrical beaming formula to provide a promising coherent radiation mechanism on which to base further interpretation of the observational details. (author)
