Quark-parton model of the symmetry breaking and spectral . sum rules
Description
The model of breaking of the unitary symmetry for a parton-parton interaction is used to derive the modified Weinberg sum rules. The pole saturation of the modified sum rules leads to the model of mass mixing of the ω-PSI system and to apperance of an essential correction in the ratios for constants of lepton decays of strange mesons
