Description

This paper discusses a simple method for relating basic nuclear power plant conditions to possible offsite releases. This method could be used to estimate releases by unmonitored pathways or to project releases based on postulated accident progression. This method was designed for use by the NRC response organization; but, does not require knowledge of source term research for use
