Angiographically silent aneurysm of abdominal aorta

A CT examination of the patient's abdomen was made. On the basis of this examination the diagnosis was made of a dissecting aneurism of the abdominal aorta. The examination made at the surgical clinic was not in agreement with the CT examination. The diagnosis was not confirmed by aortographic examination or by a native imao.e of the abdomen. The aneurism was confirmed by surgery
