The MgO, ZrO2, BaTiO3, MgAl2O4, SrTiO3 (0.1-0.3 μm) thin films are obtained on the surface of alumosilicate ceramics and nickel tapes with application of oxy-chelates of corresponding metals. Morphologic study on the films was carried out
