Description
This paper aims at making a gamma-ray intensity standard with 1.0% precision using prompt gamma-rays of the energy from 1.6 to 11 MeV from 14N (n, γ) 15N reaction for use of prompt gamma-ray analysis and unstable nuclide study. After this standardization is performed, the detection efficiency determined was used to make a secondary standard with 2.5% precision for practical use using 35Cl (n, γ) 36Cl reaction and some short-lived radionuclide sources of 11Be, 16N, and 66Ga.
