Polarisation effects in inelastic neutron scattering

Description

Some of the possible uses of polarisation analysis in inelastic neutron scattering experiments are reviewed with emphasis on the theory rather than on techniques. Fundamental issues, nuclear and magnetic scattering are considered. (UK)
