Description
Thin Cdsub(1-x)Znsub(x)S films with 0 < x < 1 were deposited on glass substrates by electronic bombardment of a mixture of CdS powder and ZnS powder. Analysis of the films by Rutherford backscattering and X-ray diffraction methods showed good crystallinity and a uniform zinc distribution. (Auth.)
