Evaluation of radiation detriment cost in cost-benefit analysis for intervention in nuclear emergency
Description
The author discusses the evaluation of radiation detriment cost in cost-benefit analysis for intervention in nuclear emergency. In particular, the determination of the α factor as well as the methods for considering the distribution of individual doses are emphatically presented. A concept of the evaluation function of individual dose is introduced to take into account the impact of distribution of individual doses. Based on this, an improved model to conduct cost-benefit analysis for intervention in nuclear emergency is proposed
