On interpretation of results of experiment PS-170 on the proton electromagnetic for factor near pp-bar threshold

Description
In the introduction a review is given for studies on the data of experiment PS-170. Then model dependence of the approach based on the assumption of the existence of a quasinuclear state in a pp-bar system is discussed. The earlier conclusion on a low binding energy E and a small width Γ of the quasinuclear bound state is confirmed
