In the framework of a series of analysis of the climatic change and the building sector, this document presents an evaluation of the situation. The greenhouse effect gases, their emissions and effects on the environment are detailed and discussed. The repartition of the greenhouse effect gases by sector in 2005 and their evolution since 1990 is presented. (A.L.B.)
