A miniature low dissipative X ray tube excitation source for portable XRF analyzer

  • 1. Chengdu Univ. of Technology (China). Dept. of 3

Description

A miniature low dissipative X ray tube excitation source was developed in this work. Its irradiation intensity is strong, the energy is adjustable, and the detection limit is lower than the radioisotope source by 1 orders of magnitude. There is not any irradiation when its source is switched off, making its use and carrying safe and convenient. And it is suitable for field application because of its small volume, light weight and low power dissipation
