Study on spatial and timing characteristics of charged particle beam lens focused by electrostatic axisymmetric lens

Process of optimizing beam current passage in a singular electrodes is performed. The lens influence on charged particle spread in time-of-flight is considered and its minimization is achieved. Perspectives of electrostatic lens application in time-of-flight spectrometers are shown
