Abstract of work management in the NPP Trillo I

The article briefly describes the most significant points considered in the work management process in the Trillo nuclear power plant. INPO document AP-928 is taken into account. It indicates how planning is done, in short cycles, and the support meeting, how programming is based on groups and the advantages this offers, how thing are prioritized and what kinds of programs are generated, integrating the maintenance rule into them. It comments on the most important follow-up activities that are carried out to control work management and some of the tools that are used. Finally, it indicates some aspects related to the analysis of the results obtained during execution of the work, is what allows the organization to learn and improve the work management process.
