Description
The regulations require the carrying out of meteorological measurements for the first estimate of radiological effects on the environment after accidents. It contains requirements for measuring equipment to determine: a) Direction of the wind; b) Wind speed; c) Parameters from which the spread parameters required for spread calculations can be determined (for example standard deviation of direction of the wind, vertical temperature gradient); d) Excess height of chimney (ambient temperature, temperature and volumetric flow in exhaust air chimney); e) Intensity of precipitation. Die Regel fordert die Durchfuehrung meteorologischer Messungen zur ersten Abschaetzung der radiologischen Auswirkungen auf die Umgebung nach Stoerfaellen. Sie enthaelt Anforderungen an die Messgeraete zur Bestimmung von: a) Windrichtung; b) Windgeschwindigkeit; c) Groessen, aus denen die fuer Ausbreitungsrechnungen erforderlichen Ausbreitungsparameter ermittelt werden koennen (zum Beispiel Standardabweichung der Windrichtung, vertikaler Temperaturgradient); d) Kamin-Ueberhoehung (Umgebungstemperatur, Temperatur und Volumenstrom im Fortluftkamin); e) Niederschlagsintensitaet.
