Judgement aiding method for plant operation handling

The present invention can be utilized for remote judgement of failed plant equipments stepwise. That is, in an equipment level judging step, a necessity of remote maintenance of the equipment is judged at the level of the equipment by an evaluation/judgement means when the equipment is failed. In a system level judging step, the presence or absence of operation limit regarding the influences of equipment failure on a plant operation is judged at an operation level, and when there is no operation limit, a remote maintenance step is carried out instantly. In an operation level judging step, it is judged whether the operation is allowed within a range of the operation limit or the operation is considered important at the operation level. Then, the remote judgement of an equipment is conducted stepwise depending on the judging step at each of the levels. Judgement is succeedingly conducted from a lower level to an upper level as an equipment level, a system level and an operation level, to make a collective judge on remote maintenance. As a result, knowledge and intelligence are obtained and arranged effectively, to provide a judging aid information to operators. (I.S.)
