ILC from physics to detector
Description
There is high expectation that measuring precise properties of the Higgs boson will point us to the direction of new physics beyond the standard model. With the discovery of the Higgs boson at the Large Hadron Collider there is a strong demand to conduct an extensive study of the particle, in addition to direct search of new physics. The International Linear Collider is a next generation electron positron collider capable of measuring all major Higgs couplings predicted by the standard model. Currently state-of-the-art detector technologies are being developed to enable high precision measurements.
